Ms. Nault joined the firm in 2001 and became a shareholder in April 2004. She received her B.A. cum laude from the University of Arizona in 1988, is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1997. Ms. Nault began her legal career as law clerk to the Hon. Larry R. Weeks, Presiding Judge for the Superior Court, First Judicial District, Alaska. She worked in private practice in Juneau for three years before moving to Anchorage and joining BGO. Ms. Nault’s practice focuses on employment law, business and corporate law, health law and business litigation. She is a member of the Alaska Bar Association, the Anchorage Association of Women Lawyers and the American Health Lawyers Association. She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Health Law Section and the Mediation Panel of the Alaska Bar Association. Ms. Nault is admitted to practice in the State of Alaska, the United States District Court for the District of Alaska, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
