Ms. Holden joined the firm in January 2009 as Of Counsel. She received her B.A. from the University of Washington in 1996, and graduated from the University of Washington Law School in 2001. Prior to joining BGO, she was a partner in the Anchorage office of a Seattle-based firm, with a practice focused on construction law and government contracts.

Ms. Holden’s practice includes litigation, government contracting law, and construction law. She is a member of the Alaska Bar Association, Washington Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Ms. Holden is admitted to practice in the State of Alaska, the United States District Court for the District of Alaska, the State of Washington, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeal. Ms. Holden is an active member of the Alaska chapter of the Associated General Contractors, and serves on the Construction Management Advisory Committee for the University of Alaska.
